Rojo’s executive skills were honed during his 30 years in challenging military and corporate activities.

Renown for his ability to understand multifaceted issues, Jim has almost thirty years of experience in some of the most technically demanding areas of operations. He holds graduate degrees in space operations and business management. From complex Joint and AF doctrine to dynamic operations involving space propulsion and satellite communications, Jim has mastered a wide variety of subjects and written numerous documents for senior officials on these subjects.
